But its goddamn worth it, every goddamn second, there is no other gaem out there that could ever compare to the magnificent clusterfuck that is planetside 2, atleast in my mind. The new player experience is horrible as a result, the meagre tutorial doesnt help here. While there is a "meta" of sorts, most weapons/abilities are sidegrades/alternatives and no playstyle is truly superior to another. Most things you can buy with irl money are purely cosmetic or boosts/membership (gaem is f2p). The ridiculously large arsenal of available weapons/vehicles/abilities/equipment choices coupled with the equally ridiculous grind required to acquire/level these up on top of the steep skill/learning curve is discouraging to say the least. Many new players gain that impression when they are mercilessly farmed by veteran players. However, with my 2000+ hours and 1000+ bucks spent ingame i can safely say that the gaem is not pay2win. Selling/advertising the sale of accounts, codes, gold generating apps, cheating bots, etc. No posts related to breaking the rules set out by Gaijin. ![]() No posts related to breaking Gaijin's terms of service. Private messages containing responses in languages other than English, slurs of any kind, or otherwise excessive levels of salt are not allowed. Note: There is no requirement to hide usernames in submissions, as all server replays are publicly available. Don't encourage witch hunts against anyone. ![]()
